Everything is just perfect with this provider. Things are easily manageable via the app, prices are amazing (£10 for 15 GB?? That you can cancel anytime?) and data of course speedy and available. I love it. I once had a faulty payment and sent a quick message to customer support via the app. Somebody responded within 10min and within half an hour I had my money refunded. The point is that giffgaff just wants to be NICE and is completely user-centric. Their communications are fun and I can manage any issue within 1-2 minutes via the app.The ONLY thing that’s sometimes problematic is the limited EU roaming. According to giffgaff’s fair usage policy, it’s only possible to use a goodybag for 2 months outside without returning back to the UK. I mean it’s fair - in other EU countries data can be much more expensive and they have to cover the difference, so I understand. But as a frequent traveller with multiple residencies that can sometimes be a little troublesome for me. Still, I have been with giffgaff for 3 years and would never want to change!
